I’ve been on a fitness journey for over a year now. And to be honest, I weigh the same I did a year ago. I have a love-hate relationship with the gym. On the one hand, it’s a significant energy boost, and on the other hand, it gives me crazy body dysmorphia.
Colors of Colombia – The Land of Milk & Honey

I had the great pleasure of being part of a project celebrating Afro-Colombians called Colors of Colombia by The Land of Milk and Honey. I loved the authenticity of it especially that it had Afro-Colombians from Buenaventura, San Andres, Cartagena & Bogota. It’s crazy how we all somehow ended up in New York; we’re everywhere.
