With 770K+ impressions and 670K+ views on a single campaign, I deliver measurable results that amplify your brand’s reach.
Black Travel Film Festival & James Beard Award winner and Emmy-nominated—I bring over six years of creative storytelling to your campaigns.
As an Afro-Colombian traveler, I specialize in authentic, culturally immersive storytelling that resonates deeply with audiences.
For my partnership with Visit Brasil, the goal was to spotlight Afro-Brazilian culture and history in two of the country’s most iconic cities: Rio de Janeiro and Salvador. I produced three engaging and educational videos: “Black History of Rio’s Carnival,” “Black History of Salvador,” and “5 Things to Do in Rio.” Each piece highlighted Brazil’s deep African roots, including the origins of samba and Candomblé and cultural landmarks in Little Africa and Pelourinho neighborhoods. The campaign aimed to inspire culturally curious travelers to explore Brazil through a more inclusive and historical lens.
With over 5 years of experience as an award-winning video producer, journalist, & filmmaker, I have the skills and expertise to produce high-quality video productions, create engaging social media marketing campaigns, be on-camera talent, and so much more. There’s a reason my audience calls me the “queen of quality content.”
I worked with Origin + Culture, a Colombian-owned nonprofit, to showcase Medellin’s Afro-Colombian community & history. I produced three engaging short-form videos featuring their Black Joy Parade, Comuna 13 tour, and a curated list of the top things to do in Medellín—highlighting four out of five activities booked through them. I also delivered raw video footage for use across their socials and online marketing campaigns, providing versatile content to amplify their brand’s visibility. The campaign aimed to drive awareness to their tour offerings and grow their social media presence. Thanks to this campaign, their Instagram page saw a 1300% growth rate, and people from places like Belgium, Barbados, and the U.S. have traveled to their annual Black Joy Parade after seeing our videos.

I admit I couldn’t wait and had already read the blog post this morning!! Being all the way in Australia, it is not something that we hear about as much, and I think it is important for us as well to get educated on how we can bring more inclusivity to our roadtrip experiences.
We were impressed with Eileen’s use of narration, in-depth recommendations, and solid editing work.

What my audience is saying
I love the way you make visible our afro culture and our Black pride! So people see that here is a really large Black community that celebrates their identity and heritage 🔥🙌🏾 Colombia is NOT only Shakira, Futbol, Café, Coca o Pablo Escobar. We need to show what they don’t show on TV 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
@francistejedor
The way you captured this whole trip, wow! Thank you so much for sharing. Truly truly so beautiful and impactful. Also pressed cause I somehow knew it was Sierra Leone and haven’t even been to Africa yet lmao 🫶🏿📹

I found Origin + Culture because of you actually! It was a 10/10 experience. Wasn’t able to do the parade, but we did a private dinner. I’ll be living there or in Bahia by the end of the year. 🤗
